Elbit Systems, at its Haifa site, is seeking a PMO to join the Strategic Procurement, Contracts & Engagements, and Industrial Cooperation Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting, establishing, and analyzing databases for strategic insights.
• Building comprehensive reports and engaging presentations for various stakeholders.
• Engaging in ongoing work with information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Characterizing and implementing new systems and tools with integrations to AI, BI, and ERP platforms.
• Managing the departmental website to ensure up-to-date information.
• Supporting the division's policy development and implementation.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks, including budget management, executive reports, guide creation, and target tracking.
• Executing tactical purchasing activities and issuing orders as required.
• Analyzing external market information to extract actionable insights.
• Managing and meticulously tracking projects and complex processes.
• Ensuring thorough documentation of all relevant materials.
• Monitoring project statuses and coordinating effectively with relevant interfaces across divisions and headquarters.
• Leading automation initiatives and leveraging AI to enhance procurement and supply chain efficiency.
• Evaluating and implementing advanced tools such as ERP and AI solutions.
• Performing forecasting and risk management, and leading cross-organizational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• PMI/PMP certification, or relevant training/courses in artificial intelligence, is considered a significant advantage.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational or business capacity.
• Demonstrable significant analytical background (e.g., Business Analyst, FP&A).
• Experience in leading complex processes and managing in a matrix organizational structure.
• Proficiency in working with various information systems.
• High technical capabilities and a strong understanding of data structures, coupled with experience in supply chain management.
• Experience navigating and succeeding in a complex environment with multiple interfaces.
• Full proficiency in BI systems and high-level proficiency in Excel within Microsoft 365.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, Qlik Sense, and Canva.
• Practical experience with AI tools; knowledge of Copilot / Copilot Studio is a distinct advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with project and task management systems like CRM/SRM (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com).
• Reliability, strong ownership, and a collaborative team player mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and superior communication skills.
• A proactive, independent, task-oriented approach with strong commitment, passion, diligence, and a 'Can Do' attitude.
