About the role
NPI Project Manager - Elbit Systems Israel
Elbit Systems in Karmiel is seeking an NPI Project Manager. This role is responsible for the full process of transferring NPI products from development to production, from the development stages through to serial production.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the transfer process from development to production of NPI products.
- Managing NPI projects from development through serial production.
- Risk management in projects.
- Leading work routines across multiple functions and process improvement.
- Making decisions under uncertainty and performing under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Teamwork, high-level interpersonal communication, and ability to drive multiple interfaces (Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Program Managers).
- Presenting to clients and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Academic degree, preferably in Technical Engineering / Industrial Management.
- Experience in NPI or serial project management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of production processes in the electronics industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with optical / electro-optical processes is an advantage.
- Background and experience in logistical processes is an advantage.
- Good English proficiency, including presentation skills for clients and external parties.
