Elbit Systems Israel is seeking an experienced מנהל בקרה תקציבית FP&A for the IT and Cyber division located at the נתניה site.

Key Responsibilities

• Budget planning and control, project oversight, and engineering body control
• Consolidating and analyzing financial data for company financial reports
• Processing and analyzing economic data to detect trends and business activities
• Identifying gaps and variances while supporting ongoing financial control processes
• Providing forecasts, expense and revenue monitoring and working with internal and external management interfaces
• Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial control systems
• Conducting economic and accounting analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration; MBA preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with ASC606 compliance
• High proficiency in English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure both independently and in teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fast learner
