Business Development and Marketing Manager

Our company located in Sderot is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager for Land Electro-Optical Systems. This role focuses on initiating and managing marketing campaigns in the international military market while leading cross-organizational business development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage international marketing campaigns
  • Lead cross-organizational business development processes
  • Maintain close relationships with business partners and end users
  • Achieve short and long term new business targets

Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in managing complex international programs and marketing campaigns
  • Experience in land-based electro-optical warfare systems is an advantage
  • Defense industry experience is an advantage
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Very high level of English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to work intensively and travel abroad frequently
  • Relevant military background is an advantage
