What Is The Role
The Total Rewards Partner reports to the Director, Benefits & Wellbeing and plays a key role in implementing and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. This role emphasizes globally consistent yet locally relevant, market-competitive practices for the EMEA/APJ regions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee broad-based compensation and benefits programs for EMEA/APJ.
- Manage leave of absence programs and act as primary contact.
- Conduct benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and country-specific reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally on regional program communications and change management.
- Manage vendor relationships and support open enrollment and plan renewals.
- Analyze wellbeing trends and contribute to continuous program improvements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Human Resources.
- 6-9 years of experience in a global compensation and benefits role.
- Strong vendor management and communication skills.
- Data analysis proficiency with tools such as spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience with Workday and Radford market data or similar software.
