Role Overview
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy and Planning acts as a trusted right hand to the VP of Global Growth and Experiences Marketing, supporting strategy, analytics, planning, and operational excellence. This role is a senior individual contributor, merging data-driven decision-making with actionable execution across marketing and related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a thought partner for the VP and leadership, preparing executive materials and framing key recommendations.
- Operating Rhythm & Scale: Build and improve operating cadences, planning cycles, and performance tracking.
- Planning, Prioritization & Execution: Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations in setting priorities and executing cross-functional initiatives.
- Analytics & Performance Management: Forecast, analyze, and report on performance metrics, building dashboards and scorecards.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure seamless communication and alignment across regional marketing, partner teams, and other functions.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should be based in North America and have experience at a B2B SaaS company. They must possess strong marketing, sales, strategy, analytics, operations competency, and a proven track record in handling complex cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication, analytical depth, and the ability to influence without formal authority are essential.
