Role Overview

The Principal Security Specialization is a strategic leadership role focused on driving the direction, operational excellence, and innovation of Elastic Security solutions. The leader will set the global services practice vision and collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop value-driven security service offerings.
  • Identify high-value security use cases and framework implementations.
  • Automate and streamline processes for security solution deployment.
  • Support sales, ensure quality delivery, and drive ethical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate customer feedback.
  • Enable community engagement by training and mentoring service teams.
  • Participate in ARB leadership and promotion panels.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years in product management, professional services, or related areas.
  • Deep technical expertise in security technologies and Elastic solutions.
  • Proven ability to define and execute global security strategies.
  • Strong leadership with cross-functional team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication to relay technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Experience in automation of security solution delivery.
