Role Overview

As a Principal Consulting Architect - Search, you will work with diverse teams including services, engineering, product, and sales to deliver technical solutions using the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and Beats). You will act as a trusted advisor for customers, providing technical oversight and guiding the customer journey with Elastic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Elastic solutions and stack expertise to drive business value.
  • Facilitate workshops covering strategy, design, and sizing.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts to highlight the value of Elastic solutions.
  • Collaborate across Professional Services, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Mentor team members and communicate effectively with customers.

What You Bring

Minimum 7 years of experience as a consultant, engineer, or architect with deep expertise in Enterprise Search and generative AI technologies. Solid experience in deploying Elastic Search solutions or similar technologies is required, along with strong communication, customer advocacy, and technical problem-solving skills.

Technical Environment

Expertise with distributed systems, data modeling, query optimization, cluster tuning, and scaling. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Linux, Java, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kafka, Redis, and more is beneficial.
