We are actively seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead partner marketing initiatives, specifically aligning with joint marketing plans developed with our AI ecosystem and technology partners. This pivotal role involves planning and executing partner-specific marketing programs that reflect shared solution priorities, technical integrations, and joint go-to-market strategies.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own Joint Marketing Plans: Develop and manage comprehensive joint marketing plans with assigned AI ecosystem and technology partners. Translate shared solution priorities, integration roadmaps, and go-to-market motions into practical marketing initiatives. Align partner plans with Elastic's product priorities, launches, and broader ecosystem strategy.
  • Implement Partner-Specific Initiatives: Lead the execution of partner-aligned campaigns, product launches, events, and solution-focused activations. Coordinate timelines, results, and necessary inputs across various internal teams and partner organizations. Adapt execution strategies based on partner readiness, key technical milestones, and evolving market opportunities.
  • Support Solution & Integration-Led GTM: Collaborate closely with partners to successfully bring joint solutions and integrations to market. Support all marketing activities linked to product releases, technical announcements, and compelling customer success stories. Ensure Elastic is accurately and clearly represented within partner-facing solution narratives and marketing materials.
  • Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners. Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing, Product Management, Alliances, Sales, and Field Marketing teams. Cultivate strong working relationships with partner marketing teams and all relevant cross-functional collaborators.
  • Measure & Refine: Track performance against established joint plans, including key metrics such as engagement, adoption rates, and pipeline contribution. Utilize insights gained from execution and partner feedback to continuously inform and improve future plans. Share results and strategic recommendations with leadership.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing programs, partner marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex multi-stakeholder marketing activities.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities concurrently.
  • Experience working efficiently within defined processes.
  • Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail when managing budgets, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Availability for occasional travel as required.
