Role Overview
This role is for an IT Program Management Analyst – Risk Compliance and Security who will drive the delivery of IT security, governance, and risk management projects within a cloud-native environment. The position supports Elastic's global technology infrastructure with secure, reliable, and scalable security controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver IT security, governance, and risk projects.
- Gather, document, and analyze cross-functional requirements.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow optimizations.
- Manage risk and compliance in line with frameworks such as SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001, and PCI.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and communications.
- Support change management and adoption with detailed documentation and UAT testing.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decisions and optimize processes.
