Role Overview

The Communications Coordinator role at Elastic is designed for those ready to kick off their career in communications within a vibrant global tech leader. You will be at the heart of the action, crafting and disseminating Elastic's story across multiple channels including press, social media, executive communications, and internal messaging.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support PR campaigns, social posts, executive visibility, and internal comms.
  • Manage the master communications calendar to sync launches and announcements.
  • Draft and schedule content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and more.
  • Assist with media relations and prepare briefing documents for spokespersons.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track storytelling impact.
  • Engage in events, speaking opportunities, and internal storytelling campaigns.

What You Bring

  • 3-4 years’ experience in communications, PR, social, or marketing.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills with a knack for detail.
  • Digital savvy with experience on platforms like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Reddit.
  • A keen interest in AI, open source, and technology trends.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time role offers a base salary between $68,200 and $107,900 CAD, eligibility to participate in Elastic’s equity plan, RRSP, and a comprehensive range of benefits including health coverage, flexible scheduling, generous vacation days, and additional perks that support employee well-being.
