What is The Role
This Consulting Architect, Security role offers the opportunity to work across Services, Engineering, and Sales teams. Consultants in this role have a critical impact on Elastic and its customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assess and Design: Analyze customer challenges, gather requirements, design Elastic solutions and customer roadmaps.
- Implement and Deliver: Lead workshops, mentor teams, deploy Elastic products, optimize queries, and solve complex challenges.
- Grow and Expand: Conduct capacity planning, perform audits, oversee upgrades, and guide customers on their cyber journey.
- Influence and Collaborate: Work with Engineering, Product, and Sales to scope opportunities, communicate with C-suite, and mentor colleagues.
What You Bring
At least 5 years of experience as a Consulting Architect or senior IT leader, proven customer advocacy, strong communication skills, technical leadership, and hands-on experience with Elastic Security solutions or similar domains. Familiarity with SIEM, threat detection, MITRE ATT&CK, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Linux, networking, containerization, and scripting languages is required.
Bonus Points
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications in Information Security/Cybersecurity.
- Experience with pre-sales, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and open-source contributions.
