Student Recruitment Advisor Canada International Students
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Student Recruitment Advisor with a strong background in the Canadian international education sector. This role is ideal for a mature professional who understands the full student recruitment cycle and can independently drive quality enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end student recruitment for Canadian colleges and programs
- Provide expert guidance on study options, admissions, and documentation
- Handle conversions from inquiry to enrollment with a high success ratio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners (B2B & B2C)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with institutional and immigration requirements
- Monitor market trends and identify new recruitment opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams and colleges for smooth application processing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in international student recruitment in Canada (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Canadian colleges, programs, and admission processes
- Excellent communication, counseling, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and handle high-value applications
- Experience dealing with agents and partner networks is highly preferred
