Electrical Powertrain Quality Analysis Engineer

The Role
Analyze quality feedback related to electric powertrains and drive software requirement modifications to improve the performance, reliability, and safety of electrified systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze field quality feedback on electric powertrain systems.
- Identify, diagnose, and detail technical defects (debugging).
- Drive software requirement modifications in coordination with project teams.
- Ensure consideration of reliability, safety, and environmental constraints.
- Collaborate with local and international teams (multi-site).
- Participate in technical discussions and present analyses to technical and executive audiences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Work in interface with systems, software, and validation teams.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of automotive requirements: environment, reliability, safety.
- Solid foundation in control theory and embedded programming.
- Skills in debugging and defect analysis.
- Knowledge of embedded communication networks (CAN / LIN).
- Notions in functional safety and cybersecurity.
- Understanding of sensors and actuators in an electrified powertrain chain.
