Overview

EisnerAmper is seeking an innovative Sr. Manager AI Product Owner Outsourced Services to drive the transformation of client service delivery through artificial intelligence. This role bridges comprehensive outsourcing services with the EisnerAI platform, working closely with the EisnerAI Experience Center.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic AI Product Leadership: Develop AI product roadmaps, align initiatives with strategic pillars, and integrate AI agent workforce concepts with outsourcing models.
  • Client Innovation and Demonstration: Coordinate solution demonstrations, facilitate co-innovation workshops, develop proofs-of-concept, and create compelling business cases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as liaison between service lines and EisnerAI platform team; collaborate with practice leaders, data scientists, and engineers.
  • Product Development and Delivery: Manage product backlog, define requirements, lead agile ceremonies, and ensure enterprise-grade standards.
  • AI Platform Architecture Integration: Champion adoption of EisnerAI, design AI workflows, and collaborate on standardized implementation playbooks.
  • Responsible AI Governance: Ensure ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards in all AI initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence and Innovation: Stay current with AI trends, competitor offerings, and contribute to thought leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years relevant experience in professional services or similar environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and business applications.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS in Data Science, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of Tax, Audit, Advisory, or Consulting workflows.
  • Experience in client-facing roles; ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Azure AI, GPT models, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Location and Compensation

Preferred location is Baton Rouge. Salary varies by geography with ranges for NYC and California between 120000 and 200000, and other geographies based on market differences.
