Description

EIS Ltd is seeking a Director of Automation Testing with a passion for learning new practices and technologies while advancing insurance products engineering. The role involves developing and improving test automation processes, automating test scenarios for a wide range of business features, and contributing to the automation framework development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage automation initiatives and set up project infrastructure.
  • Oversee automation projects from planning through execution and monitoring.
  • Review and enhance existing automation frameworks and test scripts.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of 5-10 Automation Testers.
  • Conduct technical interviews and develop training materials.
  • Communicate automation capabilities and strategies to stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Estimate requirements and time constraints; decompose complex tasks into subtasks.
  • Evaluate and implement new automation technologies and tools.

Skills Knowledge And Expertise

Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Required Experience: Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience including managing automation teams and proficiency in SDLC, Selenium WebDriver, REST API testing using Jersey & Jackson, TestNG, Java 8+, Spring Framework, and EIS Suite.

Company Headquarters & Interview Site: Four Embarcadero Center, Suite 3410, San Francisco, CA 94111. This position may allow for remote work and might require travel to various client sites across the United States.

Wage: 160,139 per year
