About the Role: Firm Technology Learning Specialist

The Firm Technology Learning Specialist at Eide Bailly LLP is dedicated to developing and delivering comprehensive technology-related learning programs and resources across the firm. This role is crucial for ensuring that new hires quickly gain proficiency in essential technologies and that all learning initiatives align with both industry standards and the firm's strategic goals.

A Day in the Life

• Designs and delivers technology-focused learning using diverse formats such as instructor-led sessions, online modules, webcasts, self-study, and blended learning approaches.
• Identifies opportunities to create complete learning experiences, integrating learning with the learner's role, preparing pre-work, providing practical application, and offering performance support.
• Proactively builds strong relationships with the Learning & Development Team and other key stakeholders throughout the Firm.
• Applies principles of adult learning to design, develop, and deliver effective learning tools and materials that foster participant growth.
• Manages the development of learning content through efficient collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Facilitates other learning-related projects as required.
• Engages effectively with SMEs, L&D, and various stakeholders to enhance participant experience and engagement in learning.
• Ensures timely and accurate performance on all assigned projects.
• Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Education, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in communication, adult learning, process facilitation, event coordination, and course development is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in technology/software applications are required.
• Exceptional technology proficiency in professional services software like Microsoft Dynamics or other CRMs, STAR, Suralink, CCH, Concur, and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional project management skills, including problem-solving, influencing others, and a strong desire to collaborate within a team.
• Possess technical writing skills for developing course content in line with Firm standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong soft skills and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines by effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000, dependent on factors such as geography, experience, education, and skills.
