Overview

Eide Bailly LLP is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to help clients cost-effectively improve, manage, and protect their infrastructure through tailored security solutions. The role includes developing on-premise and cloud strategies, managing security implementations, operations, and support, and engaging directly with clients throughout the security lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and manage security technologies for network and server systems.
  • Consult with clients, provide recommendations and improve uptime.
  • Evaluate, implement, and advise on new security technologies.
  • Lead system analysis including assessments, planning, deployment and maintenance.
  • Perform incident response, log collection, and remediation efforts.
  • Develop client relationships and Statements of Work.
  • Provide technical mentorship and leadership.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field and over 8 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting. Prior experience presenting to C-level executives and strong communication skills are essential. Proficiency in modern cybersecurity tools including virtualization, next-generation endpoint protection, Microsoft Azure (AZ-500, AZ-900), Entra ID, Intune, Sentinel, and Defender is required. Travel up to 40% may be expected.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range is $95,000 to $130,000 with additional benefits including paid time off, comprehensive insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, and more.
