Typical Day in the Life for an Accounting Intern

As an Accounting Intern, you will engage in specific tasks depending on your chosen path:

• Assurance Interns: Participate in client engagement meetings, travel to client sites with your team (expect 10-40% travel), and prepare accounting-related reports for clients across a variety of industries.
• Tax Interns: Be responsible for completing individual and business tax returns of varying difficulty levels across numerous industries, analyzing tax situations to ensure maximum tax benefits are applied.
