About the Opportunity

As Technical Analyst for our Clinical Repositories and Integration Services at eHealth NSW, you will be responsible to provide specialist technical support for a complex integration framework responsible for interconnecting applications that contribute to patient care and improved patient outcomes for the NSW community.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to various projects including PBRC modernisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high quality and customer focused technical services, consistent with the charter of eHealth NSW and the specific needs of the client base.
  • Consult and collaborate with Project Managers on technology required for sites, providing appropriate support to ensure the technology is fully operational.
  • Provide professional technical, configuration and associated support for LHDs.
  • Engage, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout eHealth and the Local Health Districts.
  • Maintain and update the required business and technical documentation.
  • Participate in on-call work as required.
  • Coordinate data and information management collection and prepare reports as required.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated technical skills working across a range of web, server, database, mobile and integration languages and technologies.
  • Experience and a record of achievement in developing and supporting enterprise level systems.
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into ICT solutions within a large service-oriented environment.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months. To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia). Whilst this role will be based in New South Wales, we will consider interstate applications.
