About Senior AI & Automation Architect

eGroup Enabling Technologies, a renowned technology and business solutions provider, is a 9-time Microsoft Partner of the Year. We are expanding our nationally recognized Data/AI/Power Platform practice and seek a Senior AI & Automation Architect with a passion for problem-solving and a strong technical background.

Role Overview

As a solutions architect, you will deliver professional services by developing technical solutions that address critical business process challenges. You will partner with clients across various seniority levels to guide their digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as project technical leader in designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions.
  • Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI) to build and deploy business solutions.
  • Plan and execute workshops and training sessions for customer stakeholders.
  • Review and modernize customer Power Platform environments with tailored recommendations.
  • Deliver architectural design specifications for diverse client engagements.
  • Participate in presales meetings to align technology with client needs.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, blog posts, webinars, and videos.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering professional growth.
  • Stay updated on AI and automation advancements; take certification exams to maintain partner status.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years solving business problems with technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and custom solution development.
  • Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse integration.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft technologies (Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, etc.), and development languages (C#, Python).
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
