- Working with the Channel: Partner with the Channel team to leverage the partner network for expanded reach, reducing the reliance on Egnyte employees at every regional event.
Centralized Planning "The Glue"
- Fixing the process: Lead the standardization of processes by establishing a centralized planning rhythm for the team, including a shared calendar and playbooks to synchronize horizontal, vertical, and virtual activities.
- Event-in-a-Box: Develop standardized frameworks for the entire team to ensure consistent event quality, regardless of who manages the event.
Driving Growth through Tech Levers
- Implementation and Growth: Lead the utilization of Egnyte's tech stack, including tools like Splash, Cvent, Outreach, and iCapture, to enhance engagement and accelerate lead follow-up, driving growth.
Team Leadership and Budget
- Managing and Mentoring: Lead a team of two: a Field Marketing Manager focused on horizontal strategy and tech rollout, and a Virtual Event Lead responsible for the company-wide virtual event engine.
- Budget Ownership: Oversee a significant budget, ensuring meticulous financial management, accurate forecasting, and demonstrable ROI on expenditures.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 8-10+ years in Field Marketing, with a proven track record of team management for several years.
- A "Hub" Mentality: Strong ability in centralized planning, understanding how all components of a multi-vertical team integrate.
- A Systems Mindset: Aptitude for creating templates and workflows to organize and improve messy processes.
