Job Description

Egis Group presents an outstanding two-year graduate program aimed at cultivating knowledge and skills across diverse sectors. We are seeking talented and motivated graduates to join our dynamic Water Resources team in Norwest for 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Engineers in planning, design, and execution.

Qualifications

Recent tertiary graduate in Civil or Environmental Engineering with full work rights in Australia. Previous internship or vacation work, ideally in a consulting environment, is highly desired. Prior experience in team environments such as retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication, rapport building, and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally are essential.
