Role Overview: Principal Engineer-Mechanical
This role is based in Bengaluru, India and involves leading large-scale MEP projects, mentoring senior engineers, and driving innovation in mechanical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage complex MEP project delivery ensuring quality outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovative mechanical solutions.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) reviews.
- Manage project profitability and optimize resource allocation.
