Starting January 2026 (or later), we are looking for you for an internship as a Customer Support Intern. You will support the Customer Support team with various customer-related activities in customer communication, booking processing, travel preparation, and support before, during, and after language trips. Our EF office in Munich is located in the Lehel district – one of the city's most beautiful and central areas. The English Garden and numerous charming cafes and restaurants are just a few steps away – perfect for a relaxing lunch break or an after-work get-together outdoors. Thanks to its proximity to the Lehel subway station and several tram and bus lines, we are optimally connected to public transport.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Support Intern
- Support in the organization and coordination of language stays
- Processing customer inquiries via email and phone
- Communication with EF schools and employees worldwide to find service-oriented solutions for customer concerns
- General administrative tasks, such as processing booking documents
- Customer support before departure, e.g., assistance with visa questions or conducting preparation meetings
Your Profile
- Studies in tourism, communication, language, or cultural studies or similar fields are an advantage, but not strictly necessary
- Good understanding of people, strong communication and organizational skills, and an eye for detail
- Strengths like multitasking and a sense of responsibility
- Hands-on mentality and service mindset
- Enjoy customer contact and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Own international experience
- Very good German, both spoken and written, and at least good English skills
