EF Côte d'Azur in Nice is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to help provide the best experience for our young international students (aged 13-17), in a fun yet professional manner.

Come discover the French Riviera this summer 2026 for a rewarding 3 to 6 week professional experience, where you can gain invaluable skills to shape your future career. You will make lifelong friends while gaining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume summer school. This is a seasonal job for the summer period, available from mid-June to mid-August.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the reception, welcoming students and visitors
- Being available for students, answering their questions, complaints, reassuring them, and participating in various activities alongside them
- Telephone and email management
- Ensuring follow-up on procedures for minor students
- Ensuring the organization and follow-up of satisfaction questionnaires
- Ensuring communication with EF sales offices worldwide
- Monitoring arrivals and departures
- Managing communication with the school's various partners
- Organizing and participating in school events
- Welcoming students at the airport on Sundays
- Facilitating the integration of participants and their adaptation to a new environment
- Ensuring the well-being and safety of all students
- Placing students in host families according to EF criteria and visiting families before selection
- Responding to student requests and making accommodation changes if necessary
- Managing requests and regular communication with families
Requirements
Candidates with experience in customer service, tourism/hospitality, or student services will be given priority. Experience with residential life and/or living/studying/working abroad is a major asset.
- Passion for working in a diverse and multicultural environment and for supporting students' personal development.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and objectively document student issues.
- Empathy and compassion towards others, along with strong listening skills.
- Patience for working with young people of all French language proficiency levels.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability and desire to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High flexibility and an extremely positive attitude.
- Fluency in French (fluent/C2) and English (B1). Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
- At least two years of professional experience.
