About the Customer Experience Intern Role

EF International Language Campuses, a division of EF Education First, is seeking a self-starter with amazing attention to detail. As a Customer Experience Intern, you will ensure an amazing experience for students and parents before, during, and after their EF Language Course Abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for students and their parents
  • Manage course payments and ensure proper paperwork
  • Collaborate in customer retention through calls, emails, and online meetings
  • Coordinate flight and travel details
  • Support the sales team with marketing and up-sell efforts
  • Upload leads and maintain the database
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
  • Demonstrate a consistently positive attitude
  • Take the lead using all available tools to assist customers

Schedule & Benefits

This part-time internship is available for 20-40 hours per week with shifts from Monday to Saturday (9am - 8pm). Immediate start with a flexible end date allows for a dynamic work experience.

  • Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate
  • Strong attention to detail
