Overview
EF Language Abroad is seeking a Co-Op Customer Experience professional to work in-person Monday-Friday from January 6, 2026 through June 2026. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students and parents from enrollment to course completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for students and parents
- Manage course payments and paperwork
- Support customer retention through calls, emails and online meetings
- Coordinate flight and travel details
- Assist the sales team with marketing initiatives and database management
- Prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Requirements
