Overview

EF Language Abroad is seeking a Co-Op Customer Experience professional to work in-person Monday-Friday from January 6, 2026 through June 2026. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students and parents from enrollment to course completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for students and parents
  • Manage course payments and paperwork
  • Support customer retention through calls, emails and online meetings
  • Coordinate flight and travel details
  • Assist the sales team with marketing initiatives and database management
  • Prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
