About the Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (EEI) is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for engineering, commissioning, field services, and professional roles. This role is a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a cultural ambassador for candidates while strengthening EEI's employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Recruit for engineering, commissioning, field, and professional roles
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Deliver a positive, white-glove candidate experience
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Support interview processes and hiring decisions
- Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding transitions
- Represent EEI at recruiting events and career fairs
Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience (technical recruiting preferred), strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, experience managing multiple requisitions, familiarity with ATS platforms, and excellent communication and organization skills.
