The Asset and Electronic Communication Supervision team oversees client and branch activity related to asset-based disclosures, electronic communications, and records management. This Team Leader role is responsible for directing Field Supervision Directors and Officers, ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance of asset and electronic communications supervision teams.
  • Utilize compliance policies, industry regulations, and supervisory systems.
  • Conduct risk oversight and maintain regulatory alignment.
  • Mentor and coach teams to identify trends and foster growth.
  • Implement complex projects and establish Written Supervisory Procedures.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and regulatory proceedings.

Qualifications

  • Series 7 & 66 (with minimum 2 years for Series 7) and Series 9 & 10 requirements.
  • Extensive securities product and regulatory knowledge.
  • Leadership, investigative, data-based decision-making skills, and effective communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model from Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO.
