Job Overview
This is a part-time, 12-month contract role in Enterprise Learning. The Bilingual Learning Experience Designer is tasked with designing, developing, translating (French), and delivering multi-modal high-performance learning experiences. The role calls for driving learner capability and behavior change using human-centered design principles, and occasionally performing Scrum Master responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with L&D colleagues, stakeholders and leaders for impactful learning solutions.
- Design and develop learner-centered, multi-modal learning experiences in both languages.
- Translate and ensure quality assurance for French learning materials.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops.
- Leverage data and learning insights to optimize program effectiveness.
- Occasionally serve as Scrum Master to support team focus and continuous improvement.
Skills and Requirements
Applicants need at least 2 years of facilitation and design experience, including translating content. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Audacity, and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of Design Thinking, User Experience Research, and modern learning methodologies is required.
