We’re looking for an experienced AI Marketing Strategist to join our CRM team in Barcelona. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between massive data and fully automated, best-in-class customer communication empowered by AI. What you will do:
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an AI Marketing Strategist within the CRM team, you will drive the implementation of AI technologies to analyze data, automate tasks, create content, personalize customer experiences, and optimize all outbound communication. Working closely with our data scientists, you will help the business understand consumer behavior more deeply, avoid repetitive work, generate insights for smarter decisions, and deliver tailored messages at scale by applying AI applications in key areas such as:
- Data Analysis: Process massive datasets to find patterns and insights faster than humans.
- Personalization & Segmentation: Create detailed customer profiles for hyper-targeted touchpoints and contextual messaging.
- Predictive Analytics: Forecast trends, customer behavior, and purchase likelihood.
- Content Generation: Create content for omnichannel message personalization.
- Marketing Automation: Automate workflows, campaigns, scheduling, and customer growth.
- Campaign Optimization: Adjust the AI decisioning framework to hit budgets and improve user engagement.
What do you need to succeed:
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English: Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- AI tool domain knowledge: Comfortable using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot (GitHub), or other AI-powered assistants and their connectivity with Google Workspace. Enthusiastic about continuously learning and adapting to new AI features.
- Big Query SQL expertise: Deep understanding of Big Query SQL and 2+ years of experience with complex querying and modeling of large datasets.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to extract, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights. Passion for analytical exploration and continuous innovation.
- Team Player & Communicator: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project management: Proficiency in coordinating multi-stakeholder workstreams and managing deadlines across teams.
- Self-Starter & Organized: Organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have:
- Active use of AI-driven customer engagement platforms like Braze, Hightouch.
- Data Engineering proficiencies in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines.
- Experience in machine and reinforcement learning (ML/RL).
- Familiarity with data visualization via Looker Studio.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT principles and experience with relevant tools.
- Workflow Orchestration with Airflow: Experience in developing and managing data workflows using Google Cloud Composer.
