Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance is seeking an Analyst (M/F). This is a permanent, full-time position, available as soon as possible in Lyon.

Missions and Tasks

Within the Lyon team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic and sector analyses
  • Financial modeling and analysis
  • Valuation work
  • Target or acquirer searches
  • Drafting presentation documents (prospecting and execution phases)

Profile

  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance and have an international profile, evidenced by your studies or professional experience.
  • You have experience in mergers and acquisitions or investment.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and valuation work.
  • You are curious, autonomous, motivated, and interested in the world of Corporate Finance.
  • You have a very good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of or connection to the Lyon region would be a plus.
