Analyste Corporate Finance (H/F)
Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance is seeking an Analyst (M/F). This is a permanent, full-time position, available as soon as possible in Lyon.

Missions and Tasks
Within the Lyon team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Strategic and sector analyses
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Valuation work
- Target or acquirer searches
- Drafting presentation documents (prospecting and execution phases)
Profile
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance and have an international profile, evidenced by your studies or professional experience.
- You have experience in mergers and acquisitions or investment.
- You possess strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and valuation work.
- You are curious, autonomous, motivated, and interested in the world of Corporate Finance.
- You have a very good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of or connection to the Lyon region would be a plus.
