Role Overview

As a Content Writer – Brand & AI Specialist, you will transform structured briefs into engaging and on-brand content. You will adapt tone for different audiences – tutors, B2B clients, and internal stakeholders – while using AI tools as an accelerator. This is a project-based freelance role, with work assigned based on your strengths, specialization, past performance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Create full-funnel content for recruitment, marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications.
• Tailor tone and messaging for tutor-facing, client-facing, and internal audiences.
• Produce SEO-friendly content following keyword, structure, and intent guidelines.
• Use AI tools responsibly for research and drafting, refining output into polished, original work.
• Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and leadership teams for clarifications and approvals.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and consistent content on time.

Types of Content You May Work On

• Tutor recruitment materials such as blogs, guides, landing pages, social media captions and email sequences.
• B2B and sales content including website copy, sales collateral, and pitch decks.
• Corporate and brand communications like company announcements, internal newsletters, and thought leadership articles.
• Event and training content including webinars and case studies.

What You Bring

• 2-3+ years of experience in content writing or copywriting with advertising expertise.
• Strong command of English with proven self-editing skills.
• Proven portfolio in long form content and various digital content formats.
• Ability to adapt tone for tutor-facing, B2B, and corporate communications.
• Working knowledge of SEO and a responsible approach to AI tool usage.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective in remote communication.
• Interest in startups, tech, B2B, and education sectors with open-mindedness for feedback.

How the Writer Pool Works

This is a project-based freelance role. You will join a talent pool and receive briefs based on your skills, past performance, and availability. Compensation is agreed upon per project or per word. A short skills test will be administered to assess writing quality, brand fit, and effective AI usage.
