Your Role as an Ingénieur Qualification Incendie

The IFOPSE Studies & Consulting department is looking for a new team member to:

  • Conduct studies related to the qualification of fire systems and update fire referentials.
  • Support clients in the fire resistance qualification of products (validating test protocols and operating procedures, analyzing test results, etc.).
  • Perform technical surveillance of qualification fire tests and test reports.
  • Coordinate, pilot, and organize activities.
  • Conduct various fire studies and analyses.

Candidate Profile

You should hold a Bac +5 degree (engineering school, specialized master) in materials science, industrial risk management, or thermo-mechanics. We seek a motivated individual with a strong team spirit and a genuine interest in fire risk management.

Mastery of fire resistance and reaction qualification standards is essential. Good project management skills and knowledge of thermal phenomenology are also recommended.

Knowledge of nuclear regulatory referentials (INB decree, PWR operation, safety), fire risk management standards, and standards related to other aggressions (seism, flood, etc.) would be appreciated.

This position is open to experienced engineers (minimum 5 years). Significant knowledge of the nuclear domain and methods for demonstrating safety regarding fire risk is indispensable. Proficiency in English is also required.
