About Cyclife Digital Solutions
Cyclife Digital Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Cyclife group (European leader in radioactive waste management and nuclear facility decommissioning), drives all digital activities dedicated to mastering and optimizing major nuclear facility decommissioning operations.
As part of its digital transformation support activities, Cyclife Digital Solutions is seeking a Consultant PMO sénior IT. This role involves primarily assisting the project manager and the project team in piloting a digital roadmap.
This position is set within a context of accelerating digital transformation in the nuclear sector, particularly concerning decommissioning and radioactive waste management.
Key Responsibilities for the Consultant PMO sénior IT
- Piloting the digital roadmap and planning/monitoring workstreams across all batches.
- Tracking actions and associated KPIs.
- Leading the digital communication plan.
- Supporting and preparing for all reviews related to the digital roadmap.
- Animating the SI (Information Systems) sector.
Required Profile and Skills
The ideal candidate will hold an engineering or business school degree and possess:
- Proven project management skills, including mastery of project management methodologies (V-cycle, Agile methods, PMP, etc.).
- Ability to pilot a project portfolio.
- Knowledge of PMO tools such as MS Project, Jira, Power BI.
- Capability to manage budgets and perform financial analyses (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX).
- Ability to construct schedules, identify, and monitor risks.
- Capability to build relevant dashboards.
- A solid understanding of IT challenges: ERP, CRM, digital platforms, cybersecurity, data, cloud, etc., and the ability to translate business needs into concrete and operational change plans.
- A capacity to unite and demonstrate strong relational ease.
Additional Requirements
- A first experience in the Nuclear industry.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in PMO within the IT domain.
Location and Travel
The position is based in Lyon and will require regular travel within France (2 to 4 times per month).
