Contracts Compliance and Finance Lead

Have you got strong experience with SAP for purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting? At EDF UK, we’re looking for a Contracts Compliance and Finance Lead to join our team!

What you’ll be doing

You will work closely with the Operations and Contracts Manager to:

  • Engage with Estate Management services provider and contractors to ensure high standards.
  • Oversee and validate Land Management and Business Rates activities, ensuring accurate invoices and intercompany recharges.
  • Monitor contractor health and safety performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Own property compliance reporting and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage risk and business continuity planning including maintaining risk logs and testing recovery arrangements.
  • Lead financial planning for Property Services including budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
  • Support procurement and review processes to identify improvements according to best practices.
  • Provide operational and project support to the Land & Biodiversity team and senior stakeholders.

Who you are

You should have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and demonstrable SAP experience related to purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting. Experience in property, facilities, or finance is essential. Knowledge of rural and residential property compliance and Health & Safety is advantageous.

Pay, Benefits and Culture
