We are looking for a creative and dedicated Marketing Designer responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate our brand. Collaborating with team members, you will develop marketing materials for digital ads, social media, and print. Your creativity is essential in making our campaigns visually appealing and impactful. In this position, you will also work with creating design templates for Delicard gift cards. This role is important for our business as it strengthens our brand and attracts customers, driving growth and sales.

In this role, you will work closely with the Content Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Product Managers, and the sales team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Operational Marketing.

What You'll Do

• Create and design marketing materials for digital ads, social media, and print.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Create and maintain design templates for various marketing initiatives.
• Design and customize templates for Delicard gift cards, while maintaining extensive communication with customers and the printing company.
• Optimize visuals based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices for visual content.

What You'll Bring

We believe that you:

• Have excellent creative skills with a solid understanding of branding and visual communication principles.
• Have the ability to collaborate closely with marketing team members, sales personnel, and product development teams to create cohesive campaigns and effective promotional materials.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices related to visual content.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.
• Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. A university degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
