Role Overview - Social Media Associate
As a Social Media Associate on the Brand Strategy and Social Media team, you will support the development and execution of social media strategies across multiple platforms, enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish social content on platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage community engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics; compile monthly reports with insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of paid social advertising; regulated industry experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range is $67,000 - $89,500, determined by skills, experience, and market conditions. Additional benefits include a discretionary bonus, health, dental, wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
