We are looking for a high-performing sales professional who can sell industrial pumps, dredging equipment, and heavy mechanical systems into demanding industries. This is not a passive sales role.

What You’ll Be Selling
- Slurry pumps (electric, hydraulic, diesel)
- Dredge systems (Modular dredges, submersible dredges)
- Pump packages & power units
- Excavator pump attachments
- Floating pipeline systems
- Industrial hoses & pipe
Deal sizes range from $5K parts to $2M+ equipment systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate and close new business (U.S. + international)
- Work inbound leads + aggressively develop outbound opportunities
- Understand customer applications and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with engineering on system design
- Quote, negotiate, and close deals
- Travel to customer sites, demos, and trade shows
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, operators, and engineers
Ideal Candidate
Must Have:
- 3–10+ years of sales experience
- Experience in one or more: Pumps, Heavy equipment, Industrial equipment, Construction or mining equipment
- Ability to understand technical products and applications
- Strong closing ability
Big Plus:
- Experience with slurry pumps or dredging
- Mechanical or engineering background
- Experience selling into: Mining, Dredging, Wastewater, Industrial contractors
