About The Role
The Global Account Manager - Strategic Pursuits role is responsible for cross-selling and up-selling within the EMEA region while managing geographically dispersed accounts worldwide. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new enterprise customers, developing actionable global business plans and expanding executive relationships.
- Develop global account business plans targeting revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners
- Engage C Suite executives in global enterprise accounts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing and product
- Present detailed business and investment case analyses
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Build, develop and execute long-term business plans
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Respond to RFI and RFP requests collaboratively
- Foster internal collaboration with marketing, product, and finance teams
- Develop trusted adviser status with global enterprise accounts
- Negotiate complex contracts and ensure brand consistency
- Generate and provide consolidated global revenue forecasts
Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- 15+ years in selling business solutions to global enterprises
- Experience engaging C Suite executives in banking, finance, and insurance
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills
- Ability to lead multi-stakeholder meetings and negotiate contracts
- Degree level education and willingness to travel across time zones
