ECS is seeking a Vessel Support Assistant to work remotely. This role involves supporting marine operations by overseeing quality assurance, managing time and attendance, and coordinating travel authorizations for professional mariners and NOAA Corps Officers.
Primary Duties
- Conduct QA/QC and manage marine operations time and attendance.
- Address, track, and resolve leave and pay issues.
- Process personnel actions for promotions, status changes, and separations.
- Coordinate travel authorizations, reservations, and vouchers.
- Resolve travel issues including last minute requests and outstanding vouchers.
