Overview

ECS is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to work remotely. In this role, you will drive the implementation and delivery of end-to-end automated solutions on ServiceNow's ITOM platform. You will design, develop, and implement custom discovery patterns and service mapping solutions while coordinating overall project approaches.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and architect ServiceNow ITOM solutions
  • Develop custom Discovery Patterns and Service Maps
  • Coordinate ITOM project implementation and solution planning
  • Support sales and participate in SOW processes
  • Lead client work sessions and produce design deliverables

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in ITOM and ITSM
  • Experience with custom Discovery Patterns and Service Mapping
  • Knowledge of SaaS configuration and development
  • Experience with integrations (LDAP, AD, SSO, Email, Web Services)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications
  • Understanding of relational databases and Agile methodologies
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
