Test Engineer Opportunity

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Test Engineer to work at our Quantico, VA office. This role supports federal law enforcement and scientific organizations by ensuring the functionality, performance, and availability of hardware, IT systems, applications, and operational technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle ensuring high quality releases.
  • Perform testing activities using Microsoft's Azure DevOps for tracking.
  • Collaborate with development teams in analysis, design and development.
  • Write and revise test plans, procedures, and test cases.
  • Develop test reports using Microsoft SSRS and AzDO.
  • Identify process improvements and support the transition to automated testing.
  • Setup and configure test environments for functional, exploratory, regression, and performance testing.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship with active Top Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience or equivalent certifications in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CaseComplete, and test automation frameworks.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional collaborative communication skills and experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
