Test Engineer

Overview

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Test Engineer at our Quantico, VA office. In this role, you will support cutting-edge technology for federal law enforcement and scientific organizations, focusing on IT services related to hardware, systems, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle for timely releases.
• Conduct testing activities with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development teams in analysis and design.
• Write and revise test plans, cases, and procedures.
• Set-up and configure test environments and report metrics using Microsoft SSRS and AzDO.
• Identify process improvements and lead testing initiatives.
• Perform various testing types including functional, exploratory, regression and performance.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CaseComplete, and test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent collaborative communication skills.
