Job Overview

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Ship Signatures Engineer (TS/SCI) to support client work based at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC. Please note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute ship signature projects in various classification environments.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in ship signature technology and monitor technical execution.
  • Identify technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct engineering studies and analyses in ship signature technologies and ship design.
  • Advise on ONR science and technology processes, procedures, and rules.
  • Define USN requirements, capability gaps, and fleet needs.
  • Transition technology and capabilities to support the warfighter.
  • Leverage diverse technical backgrounds to evaluate new requirements.

Qualifications & Benefits

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US Government/industry ship signature technology engineering.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Experience in research, development, test & evaluation (RDT&E) for EW/EMSO systems programs.
  • Strong oral presentation skills for complex technical topics.
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for PR and polygraph submission.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $210,000
