Sr. Engineer Ship Signatures
ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Ship Signatures Engineer (TS/SCI) to support client work at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC. Please note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ship signature projects in various classification environments.
- Provide subject matter expertise in ship signature technology and monitor technical execution.
- Identify technical risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct engineering studies and analysis in ship signature technologies and ship design.
- Advise on ONR science and technology processes, procedures, and rules.
- Define USN requirements, capability gaps, and fleet needs.
- Facilitate transitioning technology and capabilities to the warfighter.
- Offer recommendations on the viability and practicality of new requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum ten years experience in US Government or industry ship signature technology engineering, measurement, and management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in research, development, test & evaluation (RDT&E) EW/EMSO systems programs.
- Strong oral presentation skills for complex technical topics.
- Proficient with MS Office 365.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for PR and polygraph.
