Job Description - Software Engineer

ECS Tech Inc is looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer located in Coronado, CA to manage a team of software developers and lead the development of software solutions for a Family of Systems (FoS). This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of software developers focused on FoS systems.
  • Develop software and conduct code reviews.
  • Participate in user story development and task assignment.
  • Mentor and train team members.
  • Develop maintainable code and set programming standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to prioritize project requirements.
  • Implement processes to improve development efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of programming experience in Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP .NET, React, and JavaScript for enterprise applications.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure ADO, Agile, DevSecOps, PaaS, and IaaS tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading multiple software development teams concurrently.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL including Azure SQL and SQL Managed Instance.
  • Experience translating naval aviation user and product owner inputs into software requirements.
