ServiceNow Developer

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer to work remotely. In this role, you will consult and support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations to achieve delivery goals.

The role involves delivering automated solutions by implementing IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, customizing workflows, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations on the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship with a current Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher.
  • Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM or equivalent.
  • Certification in ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation.
  • Experience in at least 3 ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Strong technical skills in custom application development using ServiceNow, including JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, and Web Services.
