Role Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and customized forms.
  • Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and web services.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate within the Cybersecurity Engineering team.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years ServiceNow development experience with core ITSM modules.
  • Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
  • Strong JavaScript skills (client-side and server-side) and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with version control, update sets, and application deployment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.

Additional Information
