Job Overview
ECS Tech Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and delivery goals in our Washington, DC office. The role focuses on development, customization, and light administration of ServiceNow, supporting a U.S. Government civilian agency.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications and workflows in ServiceNow
- Customize ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management
- Create reports, dashboards, and customized forms
- Integrate ServiceNow using web services (REST, SOAP)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Deep expertise in ITSM modules and ServiceNow APIs
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (client and server side)
- Experience with version control, update sets, and application deployment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Team & Reporting
This role is part of the Cybersecurity Engineering team and reports to the Lead of the Engineering Team.
