Overview

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Senior Healthcare AI Agent Engineer/Scientist to support ARPA-H and work remotely. This role involves applying expertise in the clinical application of AI, generative AI, agentic AI, and medical Large Language Models (LLM) to support cutting-edge R&D projects under ARPA-H's mission.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop breakthrough generative and agentic AI applications for acute and chronic disease management.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the clinical application of AI and next generation AI technologies.
• Evaluate technical proposals, organize reviewer comments, and draft recommendations including project summaries and presentation materials.
• Conduct market and regulatory analyses, technical due diligence, literature reviews, and generate briefing documents on AI in healthcare.
• Develop technical and administrative programmatic documentation on tight timelines covering approach, progress, cost, schedule, and risk.

Qualifications

• A PhD is preferred; MS with 2+ years or BA with 4+ years industry experience is acceptable.
• Strong team collaboration and excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Experience in healthcare application development with electronic health records (EHR) access and data utilization.
• Expertise in development or evaluation of generative AI applications such as LLMs and AI agents.
• Familiarity with industry leaders and disruptors in advanced AI development.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 annually. See our Benefits page for more details.
