Senior Endpoint Engineer

Overview

ECS Tech Inc is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our team in Arlington, VA, working with the Department of Homeland Security. This role is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Intune administration including compliance policies, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize Windows Update for Business to patch Windows workstations.
• Manage and maintain Windows 11 workstation baseline configurations.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows Autopilot.
• Analyze and resolve system issues using short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
• Package software and updates for test and production environments.
• Develop security baselines based on team recommendations.
• Create reports on device compliance, application deployment, patch management, and software inventory.
• Write PowerShell scripts for automating systems administration tasks.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust Suitability.
• BA + 10 years’ experience, AA + 12 years’ experience or 16 years’ experience.
• 7+ years experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with EntraID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for endpoint management.
